This 2002 Mercedes ML 320 was recently traded in to our dealership for a new vehicle and is being offered to you As Is. This one owner vehicle was brought to us with a clean Carfax. This 2002 Mercedes is being sold As Is.
*Exterior
The paint is very good all the way around showing normal wear. The tires are next to new and have most of their lfe left. There is an average amount of rock chips on the front of the vehicle, but that is to be expected. All of the emblems are nice and clean. There are no signs of paint work on the vehicle. I have noticed and pictures on the tailgate on either side of the rear glass where the black finish is loosing its clear coat. Aside from this and the rock chips, I would rate the exterior as being in very good condition.
*Interior
The interior is nice and clean. The leather seating surfaces have no rips or tears and show better than average wear. There are no foul odors or smoke smell in the vehicle. This vehicle was a Non-Smoker. The wood trim is very nice. The interior trim and headliner are in excellent condition.
* Electrical/Mechanical
We have the very highest standards for our Pre-owned cars here at Sewell. We change the fluids and filters as needed, meter the tires and the brakes for wear and condition, inspect hoses, belts, seals and undercarriage, no guessing games. We also have an exhaustive pre-qualification checklist for our cars, assuring the next owners of a nice, clean, maintained vehicle. We will be happy to share the technicians complete report so that you know everything we know. I have driven it many miles and did not feel any vibrations, hear any odd noises, nor sense funny odors. It accelerates, shifts and brake very smoothly. The A/C blows very cold, stereo plays loud and all other electrical systems work regularly.
I have taken extra care to provide you with excellent detailed photographs. They were taken prior to a detail to best show the original state of the car when it was turned in on trade and show the great care the previous owner took of it. Please look closely at them and email me with any questions.
Warranty:
The factory warranty on this 2002 ML 320 is expired. We are selling it as is with no warranty. Please remember, you are buying a pre-owned vehicle. This car is not going to be flawless as you would expect from a new car. You are buying this vehicle as is, but at the same time you are getting into a luxury vehicle at a great price!

TERMS OF SALE OVERVIEW
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at any time, should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Vehicle Condition-MUST READ
Vehicle Condition: PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE BIDDING. Please keep in mind you are looking at a used car! Even the nicest and the newest of used cars will show some wear and tear under close scrutiny. Normal wear and tear consists of but is not limited to:
Rock chips
Minor dings
Scuffs and paint scratches
Worn or missing interior pieces
I am very serious about pointing out notable and excessive wear and tear (outside of normal use) on each vehicle however this is a USED vehicle and is guaranteed to have SOME flaws. I cannot be more clear on this, so here we go again...THIS IS A USED CAR AND WILL SHOW SOME WEAR. Seriously, if you want a perfect car please visit your closest new car dealership.
If you have any questions regarding the condition of this vehicle, please ask BEFORE completing the sale. When looking at a used car please manage your expectations accordingly.
Being a used car, we may not be able to provide all keys and remotes, owners manuals, floor mats, cargo covers and the like. If these items are not provided to us by the previous owner will are not able to provide them to you.
Taxes and Fees
Texas buyers pay 6.25% sales tax. Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable sales taxes in their home state. If necessary these taxes will be collected at time of contracting.
All winning bidders must pay a $50 document fee, $5 deputy fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax of .002487 of purchase price.
Buyer will be responsible for his own Licensing Requirements in State of residence.

Inspections are welcome.
To serve you best, we prefer to show vehicles by Appointment.
Unless stated otherwise all vehicles are sold 'As Is' that is to say with No Warranty. Remaining manufacturers coverage may exist or a service contract may be available.
We reserve the right to cancel bids and end the auction at any time.
Mileage is subject to change due to the car being test driven at the dealership.
We will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes. You must respond by phone within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm your intention to buy.
Winning bidders must respond to us by telephone within 24 hours of auction closure to confirm your purchase or the vehicle may be re-listed or sold to any other qualified buyer.
We are a full service retail dealership; As such we reserve the right to end this auction at any time if the vehicle sells.
We reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction early. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. Please call me before using the 'Buy it Now' option if featured to avoid confusion and to make sure this item is still available.
The sale must be completed within five (5) days after the auction closes.
All deliveries must be completed Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm Central Standard Time unless previous arrangements have been made.
We may or may not have vehicle handbooks, floor mats or additional keys available for you (we generally do, please call to check). We will be happy to obtain floor mats and additional keys for you at minimal cost.
Those wishing to have your vehicle shipped - all shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Vehicles will not be shipped until full payment has been made and all completed paperwork is in our possession.
Any claims arising from shipping or damage are between buyer and shipping company.

Payment & Financing
If you cannot take delivery of the vehicle in person at the dealership, please have outside financing or other monies arranged prior to bidding.
All funding or paperwork must be received as soon as possible and within no more than 5 days of auction closure or we reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer.
Titles will be held for 14 days for processing.
