Fee and Tax Information: When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. Springfield Auto Gallery reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Springfield Auto Gallery reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, Springfield Auto Gallery shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason. Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected. Bidder must be 18 years or older. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Successful high bidder MUST contact Springfield Auto Gallery within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. Successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within two business days of the auction ending either by Paypal.com, wire transfer, or overnight money order/cashier"s check. All financial transactions must be completed within seven (7) days of auction ending. If transaction is not completed within this time, the buyer may risk losing their deposit. Springfield Auto Gallery has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches, dings, and paintwork inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. This vehicle is being sold "as is". Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Our office hours are Monday-Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Central All Vehicles Sold by Springfield Auto Gallery are Guaranteed To Be Clean/Clear of Any Prior Salvage or Rebuilt Title History. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the State of Missouri. All Bidders Must Have Arranged All Financing Prior to Bidding. There is a $149 processing fee with every purchase, this includes overnight fees, title work, and temp tags if necessary. Vehicles for sale may or may not have floor mats, extra keys or remotes, owners manual, ect. Please call us the inquire about a specific vehicle. Additionally, there might be a few more miles than the picture shows due to any test drives until it is sold. After we have received full payment for vehicle, please allow a minimum of 2 business days for delivery. This gives us time for final inspection and detail.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
