This low milage beauty has all the amenities that you would expect for this luxury car. Everything looks as new. A change in my financial position has made it necessary for me to sell this vehicle; otherwise I had hoped to keep it for a long time. But priorities must be reckoned with. The car has complete service records which were easy to keep as there are very few because of the low milage. Everything works as it should and the radio has been upgraded for your listening pleasure. The only negatives are that the left front running lenses needs replaced and because of lack of use the convertible top should be replaced. The hardtop is in like new condition. Fee and Tax Information: The deposit of $1000 can be made using PayPal (1stsource@trivalley.com). Use Pay Pal for deposit only. The remainder can be paid by wire transfer, cashiers check or personal check that will have to clear before car can be picked up.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS It is our mission to broker positive transactions between buyers and owners of fine collector vehicles. On Line Car Guy is representing this vehicle on eBay for the owner. We are not normally in possession of this vehicle. The owner provided us the information for the eBay auction and has stated the representations are true to the best of his/her knowledge. 1.The owner provides and is responsible for any and all representations within this auction and not On Line Car Guy. The owner states that the representations are honest and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge and assumes all legal responsibilities for the vehicle and representations. 2.Inspection are suggested. Inspection can be done by the buyer personally or a third party inspector that the buyer hires. On Line Car Guy will be more than happy to assist in finding a third party inspector for the buyer. Inspection must be completed by the time the auction ends unless agreed upon by the seller. 3.At the conclusion of the auction On Line Car Guy will accept the deposit on behalf of the owner. This deposit is due within 3 days of auction closing. The deposit can be paid by, Paypal or Certified Bank Check only. 4.Full payment is due within 7 days of auction closing. You are not purchasing a new car that is claimed to be flawless. Instead, you are purchasing a vehicle that is old and expected to have normal wear and tear from age. The vehicle is sold 'as is where is without any warranty implied or expressed'. All sales are final once inspected and paid in full. 5.If the vehicle was materially misrepresented, your deposit is refundable and you are not liable for the purchase. We require you to put in writing via email or fax the material misrepresentations in order to receive a refund of your deposit. 6.Bidding on this auction demonstrates your acceptance to hold harmless On Line Car Guy from any liability resulting from this transaction, including any reasonable attorney fees. 7.PLEASE DO NOT bid unless you have full intentions of purchasing at your bid price. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
