1979 Zephyr sedan with 98590 original kilometres.200 6 cylinder that runs excellent.Automatic transmission that shifts and works excellent.Body is in very good condition with some minor marks and wear typicle of a car almost 30 years old.No visible rust on exterior,no rusted through floor panels or undercarraige that I can see.Interior is in good to very good condition.Red cloth seats are excellent,carpet is faded in areas,headliner is bad,dash pad is cracked.Glass is all good and good working order.Mechanically this car runs and drives very well but will need a brake job from normal wear and age.Motor runs smooth and quiet,exhaust is quiet.The wheels and tires were installed by me from a Capri that was totaled.They are American Racing wheels with Toyo directional tires.Both tires and wheels are like new condition.This was a one family owned car,three generations.Grandmother,mother,then son who sold it to me as a non runner.I buy these cars for rebuild and parts and when I searched the problem of no run it was simply an alternator.New one was installed,battery charged and it now works great.Far too good a car to be dismantled for parts.With a brake job this car should easily pass Ontario's safety check.Being sold as is,where is, cash only on pickup.Good chance to pick up a hard to find Fox chassis car in this condition.Inspections are welcome,e-mail for a time and location.Car is located in Brooklin,north of Whitby,1/2 hour east of Toronto.This vehicle is currently listed for sale locally,listing may be cancelled at any time previous to completion of auction regardless of bidding status.Can assist in shipping if needed,contact for details.
