Up for auction today is a 1992 Mercury Grand Marquis. I am selling this because I am a single parent with 3 adoreable children, and I need a larger vehicle. This Marquis looks rough but has a very strong 4.6 liter V8 engine with 225 horsepower. This car drives very well. There is not any internal or mechanical problems that I'm aware of. It starts right up and will take you anywhere. It would be great to teach your teenager how to drive. As you can see from the pictures, the passenger side is damaged. The doors still open and close with a little push. I will tell you, there is a small gap, but it does stay shut. The back window on the passenger side doesn't roll up all the way, maybe up to 1.5 inches from the top. That is easily fixable. The mirror is missing on the passenger side. The driver's side rear light works but has a broken cover on it. There is a crack in the windshield. There is very little rust. Like I said, this is a very very reliable car that will run for a long time if you don't mind the looks of it. It starts up every day without any problem. It never stalls, and keeps on running. A friend said that the exterior could be fixed for less then $500 dollars. This is a great car for anyone and it won't give you any problems. If you buy, there will be a full tank of gas for you to drive off with.
