Here is one of my "projects" that I will never get to. This is a 25th Anniversary Monclair Marauder 4dr hard top fastback. These are not that easy to come by. It is in solid shape with very little rust. The rust it has is only surface rust. The engine under the hood may or may not be a 390. The engine was taken out of a mid 70's ford pick-up and could be a 360 or 390. The transmission is either a C4 or C6. Please excuse my ignorance on this as I am not a Ford guy.
Concerning options, this Merc does not have power windows or locks. It does have Power Steering, Power Brakes, and fully appointed dash - I can get you interior pics if you want them.
I believe this car is very restorable. The floors are solid, most body panels have not been touched, and all of it's pieces are there. It has had some body repair at some point in it's history on the rear driver's side. I do not remember the mileage on it but, I can get that for you. Currently, the driveshaft is in the trunk as it has been recently towed.
This would make a great resto-rod, restoration, or custom. It has such a cool look about it. It is like a stock low rider. Please buy this car and make it look like it ought to. When you are finished with it, email me the pics. I would love to know someone has brought her back to life.
