I'm still driving this 1983 Mercury Marquis Wagon now and then - It starts, runs, stops, and drives straight and fast BUT the 3.8L (V-6 232 CID) engine leaks like 25 year old, too much for me to fix. I bought it to save from the Demo Derby. Original owners guide. Body, paint, chrome all intact. Nice custom wheels. Rear tires are almost brand new!! Neat and clean cloth interior. Original instrument cluster was replaced with gauge type custom panel so miles are estimate based on Autocheck report. Head liner loose and tacked up in spots. Rear seat looks brand new. All glass is in place, decals in rear have been removed since pictures. All lens whole and lights work. Front bumper guards intact. Still has all chrome trim. Has some bottom door rust. Electric windows and front vent windows. Factory A/C (I was told it is functional, but I have not tested it out, I live in Wisconsin). Heater works fine. Power door locks. Power driver seat. NO THIRD SEAT OPTION-NO FRONT ASHTRAY-NO RADIO (just the 4 round tuning knob parts) but speakers work. Steering wheel upper collar cracked and loose: touchy tilt wheel adjustment. Drivers rear door and back hatch window do not open. Hatch type rear door with weak hydraulics. Located west of Milwaukee off I-94.
