1979 Mercury Zephyr Z-7 Pickup. 302 V-8, auto, power steering and brakes. THIS IS A FACTORY AUTHORIZED ALTERED VEHICLE! this was converted using all steel construction, not fibreglass used in the Ford Fairmont Durango. built solid, with extra storage area behind seats. diamond plate bed, functional tailgate (that you can use at night, unlike the Durango, which had the rear lights in the tailgate) runs excellent, air blows cold, gets good milage for a 302. color is white, with metallic black panels. paint is in good shape, as is interior. full guages, including factory tachometer. am/fm/cd. rally wheels. draws attention wherever you drive it. there is a sticker with a second serial num,ber on left doorjamb. this was from conversion company. the title states "pickup". it's free and clear. it is tagged as a classic, so tags will stay with me. can get one trip tag for extra $5 for buyer to drive home. real attention getter...won two trophys in local car shows. too many vehicals, and some have too go. we just let this one sit, used for parades and shows only, and it needs a new home. buyer responsible for shipping, or drive it home. email, or call 903-449-2194 for questions or more info. vehicle is for sale locally, so auction can end at any time.
