1971 Austin Mini Deluxe MKIII "AUTHI" RESTORED 1275cc LHD
This left hand drive Mini is a Model ADO 20/2S E Deluxe, built by AUTHI in Pamplona, Spain.
A previous owner completed major professional mechanical and cosmetic restoration in recent years.
Super job done on the exterior- the body is nice and straight with no dents or dings,
all doors and deck lids fit properly, no signs of rust.
The British Racing Green paint looks smooth and glossy.
Engine was upgraded to a 1275cc and transmission was overhauled.
Currently runs and drives as it should- starts right up, gears are smooth
All gauges and electrical components are working.
Current owner added new dual exhaust, brake job with Magnum Brakes,
new valve cover, new spare, new upholstery and the roof decal.
Although the resto date and mileage on the engine are unknown, it is obvious that the car has been pampered, serviced and driven only occasionally.
Odometer showed 34,414 miles when purchased by the current owner in December 2006 and now shows 37,321 miles.
Previous owner bought this car fully restored and provided no history or records.
Titled as 1971 Austin Mini 2 door- has current registration, but no smog certification (not required).
The body has 2 emblems- “Mini 1000” and “Innocenti”.
We do not know why it has the Innocenti tag, as Innocenti Minis were built in Italy
The emblem may have been added by a previous owner, but if anyone has any historical info about this, please let us know.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Balance to be paid in US funds within 7 days via Cash, Cashier's Check or Bank Wire Transfer. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
