Vehicle Description
This car is being relisted due to a non-paying buyer. Please, SERIOUS BIDS ONLY! Wonderful RIGHT HAND DRIVE Riley Elf, the "Rolls Royce" of Minis. Non-smoking, female driver for the last two years. I've done the hard part, now you get to have the fun! I've replaced rotten hoses, brakes, cracked cylinder head. Now she runs stably and is great fun! This little Elf looks great, but does have a few minor flaws. She's 39 years old, after all. The paint job looks good for the most part, but has a few spots of chipping, as shown in photos. The original wood dashboard could use a refinish. One corner of the front right wheel well has separated from the main body, as shown, as shouldn't be too hard to have fixed. I hate to part with this little car, but I'm moving to a big city and won't have the space/time to enjoy it anymore. All of the seats, panels and carpeting are in good condition. The (I believe original) headliner looks wonderful. I also have purchased two round side mirrors, but haven't gotten around to installing them, so I'll pass them on to you! The engine is, I believe, from a 90's mini and 998cc. I get about 30 mpg, and she can definitely handle driving 65 mph on the highway, although it does get pretty loud.
