Fees: Out of State
Out of state buyers are not charged Texas tax, title, or license fees. Non-Texas residents are responsible for registering their vehicles in their home statea. Out of state buyers will pay vehicle inventory tax and documentary fees and are responsible for payment of license, registration and inspection fees as required by their local jurisdiction. All buyers pay a $50.00 Documentary fee and vehicle inventory tax.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, vehicle inventory tax and documentary fees. Out of state buyers will pay vehicle inventory tax and documentary fees and are responsible for payment of license, registration and inspection fees as required by their local jurisdiction. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.
Deposit
All buyers pay a $50.00 Documentary fee. We require a $1000 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
