This is expected on any vehicle that has been driven off of the new car showroom floor.
AutoStrada also sells some vehicles under a consignment contract, consignment meaning that Auostrada assists sellers in the advertising of their vehicles for a flat fee. All representations made are from the vehicles owner and therefore this vehicle is being sold AS-IS mechanically and structurally.

Autostrada, Inc. will not be held responsible for any repairs or reconditioning done to this vehicle after delivery. If, at your own discretion, you decide to modify the vehicle, it will be at your own cost. Please realize that there is no specific reason for this vehicle to be sold as is. Feel free to have the vehicle inspected prior to bidding. Check all our other auctions and you will see that all our vehicles are sold in this manner. If this is a vehicle that still has a remaining factory warranty, that warranty will still be in full effect. The factory warranty is provided by the vehicle's manufacturer and not AutoStrada. The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit required via paypal.com, Visa/MC, or certified funds (cashier's check) to start transaction. All transactions must be completed within 7 working days. Full payment can be made by cash-in-person or cashier's check. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a first come first serve basis. In a nutshell, the deal must be consummated within 7 days from the closing day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions.
All sales are subject to a $279 fee. Non-negotiable! Please note that this fee includes 30-day temp tags, doc fees, administration and notary fees. Even though your state may not recognize temporary plates they are required to recognize out of state plates. If purchaser is from PA, additional fees apply (i.e. reg, title, lein, and taxes). If purchaser is from outside of PA and financing (through your own bank or through us), we will collect your local taxes for you. Once payment has cleared, we will mail you the title and a check made out to your local DMV for the tax amount collected. All other fees that your local DMV may charge are still the purchasers responsibility.
Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. (Please reference above bullet) You do not need to pay taxes twice.

Please note that although the majority of the vehicles auctioned belong to Autostrada, some vehicles we maybe selling on consignment. Therefore, titles from vehicles being auctioned may have liens that need to be paid off. In this case once payment has been received in full and cleared from the purchaser, Autostrada will perfect any liens that may exist on the title. Please keep in mind that this process may take up to 3-4 weeks.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the Buy It Now option is used and free shipping is offered. We will assist in arranging for shipping, if requested.
Most (99%) of our vehicles are Off-lease or Trade-in vehicles from Upscale Franchise Dealerships (Bentley Dealer, Ferrari Dealer, Mercedes-Benz Dealer, BMW Dealer, Jaguar Dealer, Porsche Dealer, Land Rover Dealer, Lexus Dealer, etc). In translation, the vehicles we auction are individually owned cars before becoming trade-ins or lease turn-ins. They tend to be nicer and cleaner than auction cars. We pay more and try our best to carry exceptional cars than edge type of cars.
Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, CD magazines, navigation discs, floormats, tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.
The vehicles in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as AS IS condition. However, most vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Ask for details.
Seller reserves the right to end the auction early without any liability to the seller.
