1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4
Vehicle Description
This is my 3000GT VR4 and im selling her for one and only reason. TIME!! With work and school i dont have the time to really work on this car so im going to get rid of her to someone who does have the time. I bought the car not running the greatest and have finally got it running on all six cylinder. The heads have been replaced with newer used ones and all new gasket head to toe on her. The VR4 model is equipped with a twin turbo set up and all wheel drive. The stock HP for the car is around 320. The car runs great it just doesnt make any power. I can drive the car anywhere is just doesnt get up to 60mph very quickly other than that the car is great. Im sure it just a small problem but i dont have the time to figure it out. I would trust the car to drive back but it would be best to trailer it. Before i forget i have a Factory Shop Manual on CD that tells you how to absolutely everything to the car. First i will start by listing the bad part of the car and then the good parts
Bad
1. The car is not making much power but it is running on all six cylinders. I did a compression check and all the cylinder are good. The timing is also fine so im thinking its a fuel or boost problem but like i stated before i dont have time to mess with it.
2. The driver side window only rolls down about half way but it does go back up. I believe this is because the traction rail might be screwed up which is an easy fix
3. The previous owner removed the sunroof and put bondo in place of it. The bondo is crack on top layer. It does not leak and really cant be seen unless your up close.
4. The rear seat is an okay condition but the top part has a rip(forgot to take a picture sorry!)
5. No cd player!!
6. No A/C (was removed by the previous owner for more HP)
7. The speedometer quit working i believe the speedo gear needs to be replace which is fairly easy.
Alright now on to the good and goodies list!!
