Vehicle Description
I hate to sell my car, but we are getting married and starting a family.
This 1996 Eclipse RS is a daily driver. How you see the car is how I drive it everyday. It has a 2.0 DOHC, 420a motor, non-turbo and a 5 speed manual transmission.
I am the third owner of this car, it was repossessed prior to my purchase, but has been mechanic owned and maintained.
New:
Valve cover gasket
NGK plugs
Performance wires
Rear main seal
Axles
Clutch
It also has:
MSD Coil
Used differential
Head and gaskets redone 1 year ago
Short shifter
NO OIL LEAKS
Synthetic oil changes, on time or early
93 octane premium gas run
Tires are like new
Not so great:
Sunroof is sealed, has not worked since bought
No headliner
No power driver seat
Power steering has been uninstalled to improve handling
Throw out bearing makes noise, but it is new, no problems
A/C blows cold, but needs a belt and tensioner to run without power steering
No stereo
Needs fourth wheel to complete set, got a great deal on three!
