So, here's the absolute skinny on this road dog in every detail I know... Brought it out to LA from NC not that long ago. Brought it out on a trailer, so it didn't have to make that long cross-country trek. She is a 13-year-old, so she does have some years on her. Power everything still works. 4WD works solid and I haven't used it in years, so she hasn't been out rolling hard. When I moved out here, I realized that she's just too much vehicle for me, and as little as I have to move, I'm downsizing. All seats are included, including the jumps seats in the back, which, judging from their condition, have rarely, if ever, been sat upon, so this baby seats 7 comfortably!
As you can tell from the pics, the leather is worn on the seats, and could be cosmetically cured with a few seat covers. Also, as you can tell by the pics, there's some oxidation on the roof and on the hood. The rest of the paint is solid. No rust on the body whatsoever though. The AC was running fine last summer, but I just cranked it for the first time a few weeks ago and the fan has stopped blowing, so there's that.
She was running a bit rough last summer, so I had some work done, including new timing belt, rings, and replaced one of the heads, hoses, and plugs. Oil's been changed regularly. Aside from a small oil leak and probably being due for a tune-up soon, she continues to be a workhorse, running consistently like a top. Brakes were replaced a little over a year ago. I really committed myself to driving less, so she's not seen a lot of miles in the past year. Just here and there locally.
I'm a bit of a transient, so I wasn't sure whether or not I was gonna stay here or not, so North Carolina tags are still on. They're up to date, but I assume whomever purchases her will want to register her here. I haven't gotten this vehicle tested here and being an older vehicle, I make no guarantee that she'll pass inspection, but she just might.
A couple of other things... Moon roof won't open. I can hear the motor going, but the window seems stuck. Also, the locks can be a bit tricky. You have to touch them lightly when you unlock or they lock right back. Old girls seem to get some character in their later years, I suppose. Also, sometimes you have to turn the key more than once to start her. Don't know what that's about, but she always cranks with no fail.
I know that's a pretty in-depth layout, but I wanted to cover all bases to be fair and accurate. She comes with a towing package and a young Kenwood CD/MP3 player that's Sirius-ready, and the sound cranks. Suspension is strong and working well. Includes a brand spanking new battery and just had an oil change. She doesn't run hot at all. Overall, this is a strong choice to roll with as-is or to do a bit of extra work to bring her back to cherry.
Kelly Blue Book prices this baby out at $4105, and that's just in fair condition. The NADA retail value is listed at $4300. Autoworld lists it well above that, even as below average condition. Again, feel free to check the VIN and check the book values on this. I think she's in good condition for a car her age, but I'm gonna start the bidding at the low floor price of $1900.
As for the rest of the story, I offer pickup or delivery in the greater Los Angeles area or close to it. If you wish to have it shipped, then the research and execution is your prerogative, but I will be glad to help facilitate any way that I can.
If the bidding goes above $2050, I will get her fully detailed. If it goes above $2150, I will throw in a full tank of gas.
If you don't intend on buying, by all means PLEASE don't bid! If you have a feedback rating of less than 10, please contact me before bidding. I appreciate your cooperation. I already had a flake on this vehicle, so I don't want to go through it again.
$500 is due within 24 hours of auction's end through PayPal. The rest is due upon pickup or delivery in cash or certified funds. No returns. No warranty. Sold as-is. Please get in touch with any questions you may have. Best of luck and well upon your way.

Again, I assure you that I will be canceling all bids from members with less than a 10 feedback unless you contact me first. There has been a recent influx of anonymous sabotaging of auctions, and ebay doesn't seem to want to keep it all really secure and responsible. This is nothing personal. Just business.
