Vehicle Description
Well despite the increase in gas prices these days there are still people who need a good solid SUV. Unfortunately I am no longer one of those people so I'm hoping to pass on this awesome truck to someone who really needs it. This SUV has served me well, never had any issues besides a battery that crapped out from old age (6 years). The paint is fairly clean aside from the usual stone chips on the front end and a minor ding here and there. Glass is factory tinted and in great condition. The interior is clean with no rips or permanent stains. The motor runs good and powerful and the transmission shifts smooth with mileage ranging from 16-20mpg depending on how you drive it (I've been getting 20 with a featherlite foot). The 4WD operates flawlessly and is great for trips to Lake Tahoe (car has a roof rack and I will throw in my Yakima ski/board rack that holds 8 ski's or 4 boards). Tires are still good with about 70% tread left. The A/C is also quite frigid which is almost a requirement with any black car these days. Car has just been re-registered and smogged so you're good to go until June '09. The car is just an overall awesome SUV but I just don't need it as a daily driver anymore. So if you're looking for a good affordable alternative to the giant Ford or Chevy SUVs to haul your baggage around (like family or dead bodies...or both), this is your chance to score a great deal.
