All our vehicles are inspected for mechanical and safety concerns prior to the sale. Vehicles get the "OK" before delivery. Fedele Auto Sales also offers a "Good Faith" warranty on all our vehicles. If something has been overlooked beyond our description but not outside normal expectations of a "Used Car" we will attempt to correct it. Being reasonable is the key.

This auction will be for a clean and very hard to find in this nice condition, 1993 Nissan 240SX Convertible. This rear wheel drive Limited Edition Nissan Convertible has a nice clean original White exterior finish with a Black convertible top and Gray cloth interior. This 240SX is a Special Edition model and comes very nicely equip with power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, tilt wheel steering, air conditioning, cruise control, a factory am/fm/cassette player, power antenna, alloy wheels and a remote alarm system.
The drivetrain is a clean and smooth running fuel injected 2.4 liter twin cam 16 valve four cylinder engine with a pushbutton automatic overdrive transmission and power four wheel disc brakes. The four cylinder engine runs like a champ and the idles is nice and the engine is very responsive. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly and the other mechanics of the vehicle, to include the brakes, suspension and steering are also good and tight. The previous owner had just had the car completely gone through by Nissan. The receipt is in the glove box! This is a great runner and very good driver.
The Gray cloth interior is in very good shape for its year. There are bucket seats with headrests and a full floor console. There are no rips in the cloth seating and no missing trim items. There is some wear present though, like a worn out drivers sunvisor and a rug tear near the drivers side console. Other than that everything looks good and is clean. The seats sit firm and there are no stains or smells either. All the electrical systems, lights and gauges are also working properly. The air conditioning is working, but we think there is a problem with the switch. It has to be held in place for the AC to work. The compressor is working, and there is cold air. Overall everything is in order and with a clean well kept appearance.
The White exterior body is really in remarkable condition. The paint has to be all original to look this clean and straight. There is no rust, no rot and no damage. The paint is lightly dull in some areas, but this is the tell sign it is original. The door jambs, door lips all look good. We see no signs of any previous accidents or repairs. The convertible top although in good shape is just average. There are no holes or anything like that, just faded in some areas and some normal wear on the corners. The back window is in good shape the top works perfectly up and down and perfectly with the power windows. This 240SX has factory mud guards, a factory rear spoiler and is certainly a pretty car to view.
The only downer of the car is the mileage. The odometer reads 20,934 miles. We doubt this is original and the car was sold to us TMU. This means the True Mileage Unknown. So we do not know the original mileage. With that said, this 1993 Nissan 240SX Special Edition Convertible is a super straight and real car to own. The engine and mechanics are in top shape and despite some normal wear the interior and exterior cosmetics look great. The tires are in excellent shape and this Nissan is clean. This is a nice daily driver if you wish or probably because of its originality, a better second car to own. Either way, I doubt you will find another one like it here in New England.

4: May have more than the normal amount of cosmetic flaws and/or need mechanical work, but still is a decent vehicle.
5: Vehicle needs work and/or cosmetics. May run and drive, but has problems.

3)Please be aware of ebay's policy on bidding. You are bidding to purchase this vehicle, NOT come and take a look. So, your responsible decision to purchase this vehicle is made before you bid, NOT after.
4)PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS! We will do our best to accurately describe all vehicles, but be aware our vehicles are pre-owned and not brand new. Therefore, signs of wear and use may be present beyond our description (small paint chips, nicks, scratches, fading, wheel scuffs etc.) may exist. Also, Most of our vehicles are New England vehicles. Normal oxidation and/or surface rust may exist under the vehicle. However, anything that inhibits structural integrity will be disclosed.
5)After the auction ends Fedele Auto Sales will attempt to make contact with high bidder via email. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours Fedele Auto Sales reserves the right to cancel this auction or sell to any qualified bidder.
6)PAYMENT METHOD:Full payment for this vehicle is to be be paid within (5) days. This is to be done with one of the following methods: Bank to Bank wire transfer, Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Check or Money Order. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. We will not accept Paypal transfers over $250. Financing is not available at this time.
7)DELIVERY METHODS: A)Door to door shipping is acceptable. We prefer to use Dependable Auto Shippers (dependableautoshippers.com), an Ebay recommended shipping company. They have a terminal in Woburn, MA. 01888 and we can deliver the vehicle to their terminal at no cost. There are also an endless number of transporters and brokers ready to serve you. We recommend you search the Internet for quotes prior to bidding. We will assist with the delivery any way we can. B)Massachusetts does not issue temporary license plates. So we use this standard procedure for out of state transactions. We ask that the buyer makes full payment on the vehicle. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will overnight mail to you the title and our bill of sale. At this point the buyer can register and acquire plates for pick up. Every State tends to have different laws so please check your state first if this is a concern. C)To Fly-In-Drive-Home, please use Logan Airport, Boston, MA. as the airport of choice. From there take the Logan Express Shuttle to Woburn, MA. This is about a ten minute ride and a courtesy pick up from us is available at that point.
8)Payment is to be received in full and all payment methods must clear before the release of the vehicle and/or any paperwork can be given.
9)Unless agreed upon, the vehicle is to be picked up within (7) days. After (7) days the vehicle will be brought to a storage facility subject to their liens for release.
10)Not concurring with any of the above terms could result in a loss of this sale. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS, PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!
