Exterior Color is Cobalt Green Pearl. The paint is in excellent shape without any noticeable fading on any parts. The green color was a rare color found ONLY on the last 2 years of production. There are no major door dents (one tiny one on the passengers side) so it is not in perfect condition but it is by far in excellent condition for the year of the car. The car is hand washed by myself each week. Neither the exterior nor interior glass is cracked anywhere. The T-roof is a lockable set of 2 glass roof panels that are easily removed quickly to provide a fresh air drive. T-tops are glass and can be either see through or shaded (shades lock into glass momentarily and come with car). When taken off they are placed into the trunk area into two separate covers and tied down with a harness. The front lip does have cosmetic damage from ramps and driveways on it from scraping and may require some minor work on it (there is a 1" rip on the underside of the lip going up). I cleaned up the under body and put some protective coating on the whole rear under body half of the car just before this winter. The car is kept in a heated garage year round.
Styling: The 300ZX has super car styling and is one of the most appealing cars. I have gotten many positive comments and "wow"s from people who are even not big car people. The car has a sleek look with or without t-tops. The headlights are one of the most distinct parts of the car. The lights are in fact the EXACT same lights that are used in the Lamborghini Diablo VT, many years later, Lambo stole them from Nissan some say :) . The rear trunk features a very flat looking hatch which is able to be seen out of very easily. For a super car of its era it features amazing looks but still keeps the functionality and ability to see all around.
Interior: The interior is tan. Interior is in great condition. The driver's seat is electric (features 8 way power adjust-ability) and is in decent condition, has many more years in it. The passenger seat is in excellent condition. The dash and surroundings are covered in tan suede which is clean with no stains. The car smells fresh, owned by a non-smoker. Behind the seats is a rear shelf that leads further on to the hatch area that features a surprisingly large amount of storage space. The rear window and exterior mirrors are heated. The car features the premium automatic climate control feature. Instead of having to constantly adjust, it will automatically keep the desired temperature within the cabin. The interior lights are all fully functional along with all the buttons and trim all being in working and non cracked condition.
Transmission: The car has a traditional 5 speed manual transmission with clutch. Shift pattern is a standard H. Reverse gear is under 5th with a safety (Can't accidentally shift from 5th to reverse. The transmission leads to a two piece drive shaft which is fed to the rear differential which features a limited slip differential (LSD).
Engine: The engine is the VG30DE engine. It is a naturally aspirated engine well known for its reliability. It is fed by a twin intake system feeding of an intake from the front into its 6 cylinders. With a displacement of 3.0 liters it then goes through 24 valves (dual overhead cam) into the true dual exhaust system. The exhaust and engine combination sounds wonderful. There are no out of the ordinary knocks or odd sounds. The oil is regularly changed and DEMANDS synthetic oil. Again, there are NO LEAKS!!! Also the spark plugs must be platinum tipped only. The car comes with a new battery already installed and new spark plugs.
Wheels: The rear tires are BRAND NEW (150 miles) high performance tires (225/50/16). These tires are uni-directional and must be mounted properly (like they are now). They are extremely well gripping and hold the road surly. The front tires are BRAND NEW high performance all season tires (225/45/16). The front tires are non-directional. These tires are mounted on the original 16 alloy wheels. Please note that these wheels are directional and must be mounted on the right way to provide maximum cooling to the brakes and rotors. Car comes with a MATCHING SET of two(2) spare alloy wheels with high end WINTER TIRES.

The 300ZX's were rare; there was a total of 2,629 made of these in the 96 year. They have become a sought after car known for its reliability and sportiness. The car has a nearly perfect weight distribution (54.3/45.7) and has very natural steering with predictable handling tenancies. I have purchased the vehicle from my mechanic (17th car purchased from him and always satisfied) who fixed it after it was involved in a rear end hit. I had the car inspected prior to the repair and there was no frame, drive train, or suspension damage; it was repaired perfectly and not a single trace (as far as I can see) is noticeable. It passed all necessary state police inspections also. That being said, the car comes with a rebuilt title, while that may mean something on paper its meaningless on the car itself because its in better condition then most of the 300ZXs out there. It has been maintained so well that many are fooled into thinking its new. With the low production number it is hard to find a sub-100K mile 300ZX; but here you go.
Overall the car is in great condition and runs smoothly and reliably. It has been preserved well and is looking for an owner with an appreciation for its history.
