We are a family owned and operated independent automobile dealer specializing in One and Two Owner new car trade-ins and some Off Fleet Lease vehicles.
Fleet Lease are the best serviced vehicles on the market. Service means longer engine and transmission life. These vehicles have all been in large fleet service maintenance programs since new. In most cases these vehicles have been assigned to one driver since new.
All cars are inspected and test driven before being offered on ebay. We describe the cars to the best of our ability and will continue to set the standard for the way business should be done.
Our first priority is customer service/satisfaction. But please remember you are bidding on a used vehicle that is not showroom perfect. We do our best to describe any scratches or parking lot dings but we are subject to miss some light scratches or very small dings. If you have questions about any of this ask before bidding. We also encourage you to visit us and inspect the vehicle in person.

In 1975 Oscar started National Check Reporting Service. A partner was taken on in Early 1976. The business was operating primarily in Alabama until 1978. In 1978 four other states were opened. In 1980 Oscar developed a Franchise Program and started selling Franchises. Franchises were sold in Chicago, Arkansas, Mississippi, And California. After operating this business for 10 years. The business was sold to a competitor. And Public Wholesale was started.
The vehicle sales division is Southeast Liquidators. We are located 2 hours from Atlanta, Ga. and 50 miles north of Birmingham,Alabama.

Please ask all questions before bidding and make sure you have secured financing before placing a bid. If you need help financing a vehicle, please contact us prior to bidding. Purchasers in Alabama will be charged sales tax which is 3.25%,
All Purchasers will pay Doc. Fees. of $275.00 with Nationwide Warranty and $85.00. without warranty. The main reason for this document fee is to offset the cost of our Nationwide Warranty and also Ebay fees, which actually cost us a lot more than this fee. Ebay has raised listing and sales fees. This is also less than most other dealers document fee. Also we pick people up at the Birmingham, Al. Airport which is a 120 mile roundtrip from Gadsden, and other expense connected to the sale. We also provide Temporary Tags which we pay for. This also cover the cost of paperwork and registered mail of paperwork when necessary.
If our books are audited and it is found that some are charged document fees and some are not, then our State law makes us go back and refund document fees to all buyers that have been charged a fee.
WE STILL HAVE LOWER FEES THAN MOST EBAY MOTORS SELLERS.

We will retract any bids from persons outside the U.S., this includes Canada, unless prior contact has been made. So please don't bid if you are not located within the Continental United States without contacting us first. We have sold lots of vehicles to customers in Canada and other countries. Some of our positive feedback is from those people. But there are different procedures to follow and we want to make sure you understand. Please don't be offended by our asking you to call first.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of Auction end.
If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
We do not accept personal checks, or credit cards on vehicles. You can pay by a Major Lending Institution Check, Bank Cashiers Checks, Bank Money Orders, or Bank Wire. Call for wiring instructions. You must fax us a copy of the Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check so we can verify it before the car can be picked up or shipped.
ALSO REMEMBER THAT A CHECK FROM A CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS THE SAME AS USING A CREDIT CARD. SO WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD COMPANY CHECKS.
Some Finance Company's give draft's instead of checks, these draft's are not good until the title is received by the finance company. We also discovered that if for any reason the person doing the finance document makes an error the draft is rejected. FOR THESE REASONS WE DO NOT TAKE DRAFT'S. MAKE SURE YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IS NOT GIVING A DRAFT BUT A REAL CHECK.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for "auto shippers". We will try to assist you in finding a good shipping rate if you will call us or fax us your zip code and city.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

I really regret having to have to add this statement to our auctions, but recently, deabeat bidders are at an all time high. So, here it is;
When you bid on our auctions, you are entering into a legal and binding contract, just as it states in your user agreement contract, and also when you are bidding. With that in mind, we have recently learned we can and WILL turn any non paying bidders into our collection agency, they will attempt to retrieve the payment, which in turn will reflect on your credit report. All payments MUST be received 7days after the auction ends. In addition to the above mentioned, a non payment will result in a DEADBEAT BIDDER ALERT, credit request from Ebay (which can result in your termination from Ebay) and, permanent negative feedback will be filed against your Ebay username.
