Fee and Tax Information: There is a Title and Document fee of $275.50 due at time of vehicle pick up or delivery.
For any additional information please contact dealer. The title will remain with our dealership until the funds are deposited in our account.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

PROOF OF INSURANCE
Must provide proof of insurance by faxing a copy of a insurance card or policy, along with a contact name and phone number of their insurance company.
LEASING COMPANY
If Leasing Company, please supply two (2) references of other Lexus Dealers in which the Leasing Company has purchased vehicles.
NO CREDIT CARDS
We do not accept credit cards on Out-of-Country deals.
10 DAY WAIT PERIOD
Title AND Vehicle will not be released until Ten (10) days after reciept of funds.
TITLE - NON-RESIDENT OH
The vehicle will be titled in the Customer's name as an Ohio Non-Resident Title.
TAXES
Canadian Residents (or U.S. Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands etc.) are exempt from sales tax, but are required to complete the "Nonresidents Certificate of Exemption". (Same form as non-resident OH customers complete).
Other Foreign Countries are required to pay taxes at the Warren County tax rate - currently 6.0%
"Statement Regarding Sale of Motor Vehicle", exempt code NR.
**If you reside outside of the country the vehicle must be shipped it can not be picked up. We must have a receipt from the shipping company for the state of Ohio.
WIRE OR CASHIER CHECK
Payment must be made with a Cashiers Check or Bank Wire. A Ten (10) day waiting period will be required on both to verify funds.
Cashier Check - Funds will need to be verified from the bank on which the check is drawn.
Wiring instructions - please acquire the customer's Bank Name and a contact at their bank. The Office will contact the Customer's Bank with wiring information.
TRANSPORT
Customer should arrange and pay for his own transport.
