Vehicle Description
You are bidding on a solid Nissan Hardbody P/U. This truck has been very well taken care of and babied for the past 3 years. Well over $6,000 invested, my loss, your gain! The biggest problem with these small foreign trucks are that their frames rot out. Well the frame is in great shape on this truck. The whole back half of the frame has been redone and is now stronger, more solid, and safer than ever. There are some small rust spots left on the frame, but nothing to worry about. Here is a list of all the upgrades the truck has: -Suspension and Steering: Superlift Upper Control Arms Low Profile Bumpstops HooHaa HD steering centerlink Automotive Customizers Idler arm brace NAPA HD Tie Rod Ends NAPA HD Tie Rod Adjusters NAPA CV's New polyeurathane leaf spring bushings 2" (approx) longer shackle Skyjacker 5000's all around -Wheels and Tires 15x8 Black Cragar Soft 8's 33x10.5 R15 BFG Mud Terrains -Protection Homemade front bumper Homemade rear bumper Homemade sliders -Performance 2" exhaust from the cat back 2" thrush glass-pack -Electrical 2-6" KC HiLites- 100W Daylighters on the fenders Aftermarket Tach Pioneer 3-way speakers Pioneer Headunit ECU relocation to glovebox Flood lights on the bumper for backing up -Other 3" PA Body Lift Rear diff breather extended up to the taillights Cobra Sportsman Racing Seats Ricer taillights Leather Bed Cover Repainted and new bed in Summer 2006 Herculiner: Lower portion of body, bed, frame, sliders, bumper here is some additional information about the vehicle: -the passenger side tailight is broke -there are some very small rust spots on the frame, pictures can be taken and sent upon request. -smaller than a penny sized rust hole in the front of the pass side rocker panel (thats the only rust on the body) -most of the frame was repaired 2 years ago when i purchased it. Had several rust spots but they were correctly repaired -the truck has been in the woods before, im not trying to hide that, there are scratches on the sides of the truck from brush. The paint is actually in great shape, its just got a bit of light scratches that could be buffed out along with a few nicks here and there. There is also a spot behind the pass rear wheel where the bedside got pushed in. It could be quickly and easily pulled out. -two tires are worn a little uneven because the upper control arm balljoints were bad and caused uneven wear. They have been changed though. this uneven wear causes a little vibration around 40mph. It isnt bad, and its only at that speed. it rides great at highway speeds. -Has a new alternator that i put in about a month ago and hasnt seen any trails -the shocks are new, i put them on about a month ago -i replaced the rear leaf spring bushings last week -i replaced the waterpump a couple months ago (lots of new parts) I want to be totally honest when selling this truck so if i forgot anything, i apoligize. Feel free to ask me any questions about the truck. I am extremely sad to be selling this truck. Its been great to me while i've had it. I must sell though because i need something with more interior room. This truck really has been great to me. no major problems. Everytime the vehicle was offroad, it was properly cleaned and the differential lubes were changed afterwards. I never beat on the truck and I always kept up on proper maitnence (changing oil, rotating tires, changing spark plugs, etc..). The truck is very solid and was very reliable for me. My dad reminded me today that i should note a couple things. In the photos, you may be able to see subwoofers and an amp behind the seat and a cb radio with the antenna on the rear bumper... those items are not in the description and are not included in the sale. I just didnt get a chance to remove then before the pictures. And also, the seats are obviously not stock. The mounts for them had to be custom made and were just solid mounted in the exact position i wanted... which is a little forward for some people... but I'm 5'10 so its not like i'm really small. My dad just figured i should say that since he has a hard time getting in it...then again.... he is old. Happy bidding! p.s. the reserve isn't very high... i forgot to say that before
