INSPECTIONS / DEALING DETAILS
I want to discuss the way vehicles are inspected prior to retail. We have a business that does a used car inspection for us for every vehicle that we retail. We have a good relationship with them and they are honest with with us and I believe what they tell me. I spend good money on these vehicles, weather they need new brakes, tires, a front windshield, alignment or whatever it needs. Please do not misunderstand me, I do not find ratty vehicles and fix them up to sell, I simply fix what needs for be fixed to make it right. If there are too many problems and I do not feel comfortable retailing to you, I will run the vehicle down to the local car auction and sell it there. I only sell top notch vehicles that pass my high standards.
I drive these vehicles personally to make sure that they drive the way they should. I do all that I can to deliver you a clean and reliable vehicle. I do not like any surprises and I know that you don't either. Understand that these vehicles are used and they will not run forever and some day and there will be something that will need to be fixed. I do the best job that I can to inspect and fix anything prior to retailing them. You are more than welcome to either have a service that you trust come down and inspect it or take it to a independent local mechanic and have them check it out.
You are more than welcome to drive the vehicles and inspect them for yourself. I sell these vehicles as-is and they do not have any warranty with them unless previously stated. MLM Enterprises is not to be held liable for any mechanical repairs after the vehicle is purchased. There are many companies that offer extended warranty on used vehicles for this very purpose. Please understand that I am not out to get anybody, I have perfect feedback for this very reason. Please feel free to either call or email me before bidding so that we can answer any questions that you may have.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and shipping arrangements. All vehicles are located in Caldwell, TX (zip code 77836) and we can deliver most anywhere in Texas for a fee, just ask.
All sales are subject to a $50 documentary fee and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based on .002171325 of the purchase price. Ex. $10,000 purchase = $23.66 VIT Taxes.
Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration / inspection fees. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and shipping arrangements. We are happy to recommend shippers that we deal with and we are also happy to deliver any vehicle within a 100 mile radius.
If you prefer to fly in and drive home, we will pick you up from the airport (arrival times 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon - Fri and 9:00 am - 12:00 am on Saturday). We prefer George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), but will also pick up from Houston Hobby (HOU).
These are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as 'As Is' condition. However, some vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased from another source.
All vehicles are subject to an addition of miles from listing to sale date.
