Description
This auction is for an excellent condition 2001 Oldsmobile Alero V6 GLS, white with grey leather interior. The car looks great inside and out, and has never had any mechanical problems or bodywork. I have the clean Virginia vehicle title in hand and ready for transfer. The vehicle has 107,655 actual and documented miles.
NADA Clean Retail Value: $6,100
Kelly Blue Book Retail Value: $6,790
Some options on the car include: full leather interior, 17 inch factory polished wheels, AM/FM stereo with CD player, 4 wheel ABS, power windows, power door locks, power seats, and automatic transmission.
The car is really in excellent shape. Please check all of the pictures to see the great interior and exterior condition of the car. The car looks even better in person, so I strongly encourage a test drive. The car is extremely reliable, with no mechanical problems. It is a great cost effective vehicle in that it looks and drives great, and gets pretty good gas mileage. My observed fuel economy with the car was approximately 28 mpg.

The only recent work on the car includes:
*Changed fuel filter at 105,000 miles. It didn’t have any problems, but I wanted to ensure I was getting top fuel economy.
*Two new front tires. The rear tires still have good tread left on them, so I only replaced the front two tires. The front two tires only have about 1,000 miles on them.
*Professionally replaced the front driver’s side power window assembly. The window stopped working last summer, so I had the entire mechanism replaced. It now works perfectly and should have plenty of life left!
This is a second vehicle for me that I originally bought primarily for the gas mileage. I haven’t used it nearly as much as I anticipated since I moved recently, so it’s available for sale. The car even comes with a full tank of gas!

I just moved to the area so fortunately the car was not near Louisiana during Hurricane Katrina. The car is still titled in Virginia.
Shipping/Delivery
The car is available for local pickup. However, the buyer can make whatever shipping arrangements as necessary. I am also willing to drive the car to you if we make prior payment arrangements. If you choose to pick up the car in person (and you are not local) I will gladly drive the car to the New Orleans or Baton Rouge airport to meet you. I may also drive to Houston, but please talk with me to make arrangements before bidding.
