Engine starts easily on the first try and runs strong and smooth with no valve tap, smoking or knocking. Transmission shifts smoothly with no slippage or hesitation. ABS functions normally with no pulling or rotor vibration. Check engine light is on. I drove this car for about 15 miles and she ran very nicely. Lots of power and great acceleration. Handling was tight. Ride quiet and smooth as one would expect with an Olds. All interior and exterior electronics, lights, signal lamps and power accessories function normally with the exception of the right rear window which is non-functioning. Not a smokers car, no bad smells. All glass free from chips or cracks. Speedometer/odometer functioning normally. Dual zone climate control functions normally. A/C is cold, heat is hot. Interior in great condition though the leather on the drivers seat is starting to show its age. The body is overall in good shape but there are a few issues. The paint could use a good buffing and a couple coats of wax. There are a few scrapes/scratches and there is a dent in the right front fender (see pics). Tires in excellent shape. Taxes and Registration fees: If a vehicle is shipped from Florida: Buyer is to Pay Tax in His or Her Own State upon registering the vehicle. If a buyer takes delivery in Florida they must pay 6 ½% Florida sales tax upon delivery, or an amount equal to their own state sales tax. All motor vehicles sold in the state of Florida must be fully licensed and insured before leaving our premises or removed from our premesis by a licensed towing service. There can be no exceptions to this Florida law as we are a licensed dealer and must and do comply with all state and federal motor vehicle regulations. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. A $60.00 Title Transfer fee will be added to winning bid.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

561.716.2775 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 48 hours after close of auction, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. All items must be fully paid for within 72 hours of close of auction. IF the buyer fails to accomplish this, then all expenses related to this sale will be withheld from the buyers initial deposit.
