Both the exterior and interior are in excellent condition. All the electrical works as it should and aside from some plastic fillers on the rear bumper cracking (pic), the exterior is in great shape. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: Deposits are required within 24 hours unless other arrangements are made with the dealer. All vehicles will be charged a $399.00 dealer fee which helps offset any fees associated with the selling and listing of the vehicle as well as any other collateral fees associated with the sale of the vehicle such as pick up at the airport, fedexes, paperwork, any Commissions or anything else deemed necessary to complete the transaction and is at the sole discretion of the dealer. Sales Taxes will be charged accordingly dependant on the state the vehicle will be titled in and only if the vehicle is to be picked up in person and a temporary tag is to be issued otherwise taxes will be charged pursuant to each persons home state and collected in their state upon titling and registration.
Winning bidders must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
