Vehicle Description I live in New Jersey and bought this car while working in Florida for 2 months. Much cheaper than renting. I was very lucky to find such a reliable car with such low miles for a cheap price. The man I bought this car from told me it was owned by a older couple, before him, that rarely used this. It only had 89,000 miles when I bought it. I think because it sat, and they didn't use it much, that this caused leaves to collect around the trunk lid. So there were holes in the top corners of the trunk that rusted, where water would come in. I patched this the best I could being that I didn't have the right tools for such a job. But it did the job and when the trunk is closed, you cannot notice this. There are other faded and rust spots in various locations around the car as can be seen in the pics. But over all the car is in very good shape for it's age. I patched the exhaust pipe between the converter and muffler (muffler new, I replaced). To pass auto inspection in NJ, I would probably have to replace this pipe. Also the front driver's side brake caliper is sticking and would need to be replaced. I don't know if this is necessary for Florida inspection. This pulls a little to the left when the brakes are applied. I don't know when it was last serviced for a tune up. It could use a oil change. All the lights work. The air conditioning works and blows cold air. The car didn't smoke or use oil. The tires and brake pads are good. The interior is in good shape, with no rips in the upholstery. The headliner is being held up with thumb tacks as this is a problem with all these older cars. It had purple tint on the windows that was poorly applied and looked terrible. But besides this, I could not see out the rear view mirror. So I removed about 80% of this with a razor blade. I didn't have time to finish. As you can see in the pics, part of the rear window and the back driver's side door still has tint on it. The cigarette lighter did not work so I bought a new socket which is in the car, but not installed. The stock radio does not work. I hood release works from a cord in the front of the car by the driver's side lights. I am looking to get back what I paid for the car and for the repairs I did, and Ebay fees. I also bought 2 new front lights. I have the car listed for $700 Buy it now. The car is located in Weston Florida at a co-workers house. If you review my feedback, you will see that I sold 2 cars back in Aug and Oct 2006, where the buyers were very happy. Of course this was in my home state of New Jersey. The car is also for sale through other means and this listing may be removed if sold before the auction ends. Please email me with any questions. thanks
