Beautiful 1979 Toronado Brougham
Lady Owned, 52,000 Original Miles!!
This was the first year for the '79-85 vintage body style, the last time Toronados were powered by a V8, and along with the other E-Body cars ( Eldorado, Riviera) became the last front-wheel drive cars to feature full frame construction. The previously standard 403 V-8 was dropped in favor of the all new 5.7 liter V-8, or an available diesel V-8. The '79-'85model is truly the last of the classic full size Toronado, and as such, will be the most desired collectible.
There really is not a lot to say about this beautiful '79 Toronado, it is one of the finest original cars we have had! Please let the pictures load, (there are over 70) to see the incredible condition of this General Motors classic! The paint, and exterior trim are in excellent condition, the interior is in incredible original condition, and the underside is exceptionally solid, clean and dry with no issues. The car rides and handles terrific, and all features are fully operational. 1979 was the first year for this body style and features the more desirable 5.7 liter engine.
Please remember that this car is 29 years old and not perfect. The paint, while very nice does have a few touch ups, and stone chips, (so small they don't show in the photos) and the headliner is loose. The car is serviced, detailed and ready for a new owner. This is one very nice Toronado, so we offer this; Send an inspection service to look at this car, and if it is not as advertised we will reimburse you for the inspection fee! IT'S THAT NICE!
