EXTREMLY RARE here in the states (even in Europe) - may be about 50 in the USA at the most !!!
1966 GOGGOMOBIL TS 250 COUPE (they were built between 1957 and 1969 in Germany by the HANS GLAS GMBH) and have been VERY successful at the time and now they're VERY sought after !!!
It has a 250 cc twin stroke gas engine with 4 speed transmisson and reverse - speed is up to about 55 mph. It uses a mix of 3/4 premium gas and 1/4 oil.
It's considered a MICROCAR but it will seat 2 adults and one child anyway and only weights about 510 pounds (empty) and can load another about 290 pounds (legally) - there is NO trunk. Gas milage is just great !!!
I've purchased this little/big car 3 yars ago and had it shipped over to CA from Germany with the intention of doing the necessary COMPLETE RESTAURATION but lost interest so it's just sitting in my garage and doesn't get any better (some minor rust and some welding on the floor boards is to be expectet) !!!
As far as I can tell it's COMPLETE - ALL the parts for completion seem to be there including a complete owners/shop manual in German (covers for the break lights, brake shoes, covers for the front turn signals, hubcaps) and will be included for NO extra charge.
The engine turns freely but thats all I can tell !!! The paint is not bad and all the glas is fine and it rolls easily !!!
Another one exactly like this - in restaured condition and running - was just sold on eBay/USA for $ 11.544 - eBay# 300216554847 !

THE BUY IT NOW price will include the several extra parts seen in pix# 17-24 (gas tank, engine and covers, set of four tires, several rubbers, wires and seals etc, exhaust, front windshield, steering column etc.) - these parts could be bought by the highest bidder for an extra $ 500 !!! Otherwise they will be listed and sold on eBay later on !!!
Car comes with all the import papers from 2005, the original German title etc. so it can easily be titled anywere in the US !!!

Last week for the first time I had it on a lift and was very much surprised how GOOD it looks !!! There was alraedy work done to the floor boards !!! It has only four bad spots (where the floor boards connect to the fenders on the outside of the little car.

AGAIN IT NEEDS RESTAURATION !!!
