How about a 1960's crossover vehicle. Original plans were to transfer the drive train out of a 1986 Jeep Cherokee into this and make a 4x4 sport utility. Grand plans but no time to work on project. This is a very complete car. The farmer I bought it off had been driving it up until the mid seventies. One winter he started doing a valve grind and never got it finished. So head is just sitting on top of block and the gasket set is on the front seat. It has the 232 super six and 3spd auto. A great project for someone with above average skills. Nice looking and decent sized vehicle. Floor boards are good, rear quarters poor. Will add more pictures on tuesday or sooner.
I am well aware of the costs of restoring or rodding vehicles and so I do not expect large dollars for this. It is an excellent starting point for a very unique and practical family rod and the pricing reflects costs I have incured to save it from destruction. Hopefully someone out there will have a similar feeling about saving it.
Will have to be trailered. There is a U-haul dealer in town if you need to rent a trailer.
