*******ABOUT TITLE*******
GA. Does not provide titles for cars under 1985, GA. gives tag receipt in place of a title and we will provide all proper paper work for car being sold. You will get a tag reg. and a Bill of Sale and your state will recognize Ga. law and will give you tag and title.
We have sold over 70 cars on ebay and have not had 1 problem with with customers getting tag and titles.
What we are selling with the vehicles will be in the pictures, if its not in the pictures we don't have it.
We encourage you to come by and look at the car before end of auction, or you can call and we will do our best to answer your questions.
We will give the best description we can while listing the vehicle, however some minor details may get overlooked.

A Documentary fee of $100.00 will be charged to all cars sold. Includes bill of sale, 30 day paper tag all paper worked that needs to be signed by buyer. Getting title work done and paying the state there money for tag/title work.

Payments = A deposit of $500.00 is required at end of auction (with in 24 hours) If deposit is not made we will re-list the item. Contact us if there is a problem with deposit before end of auction.
Car must be paid in full in 7 days; we can keep the car at our lot no-longer then 20 days. After that it will be a charge of $20.00 a day. Unless we ok it first.
