Vehicle Description
Here we have for auction a great barn find and restoration project, a 1950 Packard 4-door deluxe sedan. It needs a full restoration, and I really don't have time to do it myself. I have too many other car projects already!! This really large car has a straight 8 engine that turns freely, and has the ultramatic drive. It comes with a brand new tune-up kit (sparks plugs, distributor cap, etc. etc.), a nice bonus. It really will be a beautiful car when finished. The interior seats of the car are pretty much gone as racoons got into them and have used it as their Hilton Hotel for several years. It looks like something fell on the hood and dented it and also one front fender. Some rust through the normal places for a Packard. I think this car has always been an Ohio car. This car is pretty much complete except for the interior fabric. Oh yeah--this car also comes with a few bullet holes--I think a couple of them are left in the rear door still. I don't know anything more about that part of the car's history. You are welcome to come inspect this car and I can try to help you with any questions you may have.
