Vehicle Description
Up for auction is a 1970 Plymouth Fury 3 Sedan. First off I have greatly lowered the reserve, and "buy it now" price. This would be your chance to steal this great car! This is a complete all original unmolested factory air conditioned car with a 318ci V8. It has not been in any accidents that I can see. It came from a very small town in Colorado where it was always garaged. This car appears to have been taken care of it's whole life properly. It hasn't been modified or repaired badly in any way. The interior is flawless except for two small cracks in the dash, and the vinyl back and bottom of the driver's seat is torn. There is no sun bleaching of the interior anywhere and the instrument panel is like new! The floor pans and the trunk pans are also completely rust free! (Very very uncommon find for these cars). I have had three other mopars from this period and all had serious rust issues in the pans. The exterior is complete with all moldings, etc. The bumpers are not dented and are near perfect. The grill is perfect! (again very uncommon with these cars). All lights and signals are unbroken including the turn signals on the hood. The only rust worthy of noting is the lower rear parts of the front fenders. They both have fist size rust holes (I included a picture of the worst one). Glass is in good shape except for the windshield(one crack). The engine is fairly clean and the factory blue paint is still visible. It runs and drives fine. It does start in cold weather and was driven home in the middle of winter. It has not leaked anything since I have owned it. I would still recommend trailering it home since I have not taken it on any extensive trips myself. Overrall, this would be a very easy restoration in my opinion. I have set a very low reserve and a low buy it now for this great car. I hate to see it go but I have accummulated too many projects again! Payment of 200.00 must be made through paypal after 48 hours of the auctions end. The balance is due within 30 days or when picked up (Which ever comes first). Must be picked up in a reasonable time. I am flexible as long as communication is steady. I have added buyer requirements due to non-paying bidders. If your bid is rejected please contact me, and maybe we can work things out. Please serious bidders only.
