$500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours after the auction's close. As a deposit I accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, Money Order / Cashier's Check (overnighted with tracking #), bank to bank wire transfer (with wire transfer confirmation # from the bank).
Full payment is due within 3 days after the auction's close. As full payment I accept: bank to bank wire transfer (with wire transfer confirmation # from the bank), Money Order / Cashier's Check (overnighted with tracking #), CASH IN PERSON (must be received within 3 days after the auction's close), VISA, MASTERCARD (If full amount is payed with VISA or MASTERCARD - buyer must pay 2% transaction fee - this fee does not apply to the deposit and other payment methods)
Buyer is responsible for vehicle shipping or pick-up.
All vehicles are to be sold AS-IS with no warranty whatsoever from the seller. All sales are final and price is not negotiable after the auction is over. A processing fee in amount of $160.00 will be applied to the winning cost of the auction. This fee is not negotiable and will be used to cover buyer's expenses in picking up the vehicle: papwerwork, notary, title transfer, 30 day temporary plates, possible pick-up from train/bus station or airport, and possible overnight of paperwork.
