This used vehicle is clean with no signs of prior collision damage. The transmission is tight shifting and smooth. The engine has checked out okay. Clean is a great way to describe the exterior of this automobile. It has a clean, well-kept interior. A/C blows hot and may need a charge. Any visual imperfections are shown in the pictures.

Buyer's Inspection: We do our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. We welcome a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection, please make sure you have the vehicle inspected PRIOR to the end of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility. We try to describe in detail the condition of our cars but unless we take it completely apart we cannot see every defect it may have, thus the burden is on the buyer for presale inspections. NO Reserve auctions are Absolute Sale auctions, they are not invitations to only view or make offers, they are final auction sales.
Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 25 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.

Fee and Tax Information: All buyers Pay their own taxes and tags when they register their vehicle to their home state. $65 dollar fee for Out of state buyers to be issued a transit tag from Commonwealth of PA! Please also be prepared with Liscence and matching Insurance. http://www.dmv.state.pa.us/pdotforms/fact_sheets/fs-buysell.pdf "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered.
Finalizing Your Purchase: Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".
Payments: A $500 non-refundable deposit must be made within 48 hours of winning the auction on Paypal to BESTDEALAUTOS@AOL.COM. Deposits must be made via paypal within 48 hours so we can hold your car otherwise we retain the right to sell the vehicle to another qualified buyer. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license to 484-251-1773. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days. Payments can be made by Cashier's Check, Cash (in person) (non-refundable). If payment is made by cashier's or personal check, we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
