1955 Pontiac Chieftan Deluxe

You are looking a great driving 1955 Pontiac. This car came from Texas originaly and is very solid. The best thing this car has to offer is the drivability. She hums down the road and the original 287 V8 is in perfect working order. The hydramatic transmission shifts excellent.
The paint job is a a 10 footer and serves the car well. The chrome is in good overall shape but is not perfect.The body is VERY SOLID! Not a rust bubble anywhere. The under carriage has the typical surface rust but absolutly no holes or soft spots anywhere. A good detail is all she needs under there. Nothing major. The trunk and floors are super solid.
The interior is in good shape and the seats were redone with new old stock and look great. The headliner is in very good shape and the carpet is getting old.
A/C works like a champ!!
This is a good entry level classic that could use a little TLC here and there but she will not fail you in the driving category. She is a runner!
