Vehicle Description OK boys and girls, this is the last time I list this car! If it doesn’t sell this time, I’m keeping it because, tho it needs a little TLC here and there, it really IS a NICE car. ;-) I’ve lowered the reserve and BIN by $500 and if it isn’t worth that, you just don’t like BLACK-EYED peas!....soooooo ;-) YES, IT’S YELLOW! And fast and attracts more attention than a stripper in church. So if you are the shy, retiring kind of person, THIS IS NOT YOUR CAR! I recently bought this car and drove 1700 miles from California to my home in San Antonio. Unbelievably, it got over 30 mpg and when I arrived the oil dipstick showed barely below full. I added no oil during the trip. THIS IS A VERY GOOD CAR! But at a gas station or a stop light….. “Hey, ‘zat a Ferrari?” “Nope, Fiero” “Who makes ‘em?” “Nobody!” Then you floor it and watch the amazed looks. It has AC (needs a charge and the air only comes out the defroster vent), power everything (mirrors don’t adjust electrically—set ‘em manually and forget ‘em), excellent interior including beautiful seats, OEM carpets rugs and steering wheel hard as a rock. The PO removed the radio and cut the connector wires very close to the connector but I have another connector with loooong wires. And I will include a working Fiero ALL-PUSH-BUTTON radio. I THINK it has Performance Sound because it has the special overhead light and subwoofer. Just dunno how to hook ‘em up. I have replace brake pads front and rear. That was really the only thing I saw that I felt it needed when I replaced the front-wheel bearing. NO FRONT BEARING NOISE! I have been as forthcoming as possible and have tried to cover everything, warts and all. So if you win it, and I inadvertently left something out, that will NOT be an excuse not to buy the car. However, I will answer any questions you have by e-mail OR if you live near San Antonio, you are welcome to see and drive the car. E-mail me for an appointment. Now for the legalities. I am NOT trying to be hard in this situation but too many people have done too many things ILLEGALLY in some auctions so I have some simple ideas for payment and delivery. When you win the car, I require a non-refundable deposit of $1000 in the form of a USPS money order sent to me by OVERNIGHT USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. That means NO WAL-MART, 7-11 or any other form of money order payment (except cash) will be accepted for the DP. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE $1000 TO SEND ME OVER NIGHT, as soon as the auction ends, please do not bid. If you have ZERO feedback, please do not bid because your bid will be cancelled. The balance is to be paid within 7 days (not working days) and must be in the form of CASH at delivery OR a USPS money order that MUST be received within the 7 days. The car must be picked up within 15 days from end of auction UNLESS other mutually agreeable arrangements are made. (I’m flexible but don’t have a LAY-AWAY plan.) While I will not make arrangements for transport, I will help in any way I can, if you don’t pick up the car in person. Personally, I would not be afraid to drive it ANYWHERE (on highways) in this country. This car was on Ebay previously but with only a few hours to go, some dummy hit the BIN and then said it was her computer. I will not accept that this time. If you buy it YOU BOUGHT IT! Thank you for staying with me this far. I’ve tried to keep it simple. I have a very good car for sale. I want to sell it. SOME HONEST person wants to ACTUALLY buy it. I want THAT person to win the auction. I sincerely hope that everyone understands that. Good luck!!
