Description
Pontiac's Trans Am is about two things: absolutely pavement-eating performance and flashy styling. This fourth generation 1998 Pontiac Trans Am is powered by the spectacular all-aluminum 305-horsepower LT1 5.7-liter V8. This engine, introduced on the '97 Corvette, is easily the best engine ever to have been installed in a FirebirdTransmission.
The Flame Red exterior is accented by alloy wheels, pop-up headlights and removeable t-tops that seal tightly and properly. Rubber t-top gaskets are intact Paint is glossy and clearcoat very shiny. Tires are at approx 60% and alloy wheels are well-kept. Transmission shifts smoothly and brakes are good.
Step into the gray leather interior that is very clean, very nice. The bucket seats are comfortable and the t-tops easily remove for open-air driving. Power windows, door locks, seating, a/c (new compressor installed on June 24 at our dealership; invoice to be included with paperwork), and much more.
This is a first-rate muscle car that retains its individuality through its unique styling. It comes complete with factory floormats, one ignition key, one door key and complimentary carfax.
