Vehicle Description
1965 Pontiac GTO.
Older recreation GTO - Tempest. PHS ran on 1-07. Car sat for 10 years. I bought it 2 years ago, sat inside since then. We removed a blown up Chevy engine and now in its place is a 400 Pontiac motor and transmission. Motor was pulled, 2 years ago out of a nice 1974 Firebird and ran well at that time. Engine and transmission are just sitting in engine bay, nothing is hooked up.Engine would need all accessories and manifolds. GTO rolls and steers fine, no brakes. Body is decent with small spots. Frame is very nice except (see picture) left rail replaced and would need to be welded nicer. Floors are good, trunk floor is just flat steel and trunk mounts are bad. Interior is mostly all there, 1 GTO emblem missing on door panel. Seats are almost worn out. No problem delivering the car to shipper. I would be happy to answer any questions on this car.
