The car needs a transmission, my son said there were some gear parts on the ground with a lot of oil. He was using the car until that point, though the tranny was showing signs of its condition. About 3 months ago we put about $1300 into the car, this work was done by my longtime trusted mechanic as per my request to get the car in good shape for my son. Other than the transmission the car seems fine mechanically. This car is being sold (obviously) as a parts car, I dont know anything for sure, I am just being as honest as possible and telling you what I do know. The exterior of the car is very good, nothing but minor dings to report, a lower front light is missing (see pics), I dont see any rust, one hubcap is in the trunk, the jack seems complete, pretty solid. The interior needs a serious bath but it would probably clean up nice. He seems to have issues with keeping beverages in their containers. Oh the windows are up now but they are tough to get up and in place (they need some kind of work). The car doesnt seem to have suffered but for a time rain got in through the windows. There is no stereo or speakers, I didnt remove the necessary trim to properly remove the rear deck cover but it seems fine, it just needs to be re-installed properly. The same goes for the door panels, they are hanging and need proper re-installation. The crank for the passenger window is broken, it will go on but wont clip properly. There were a few screws around the bottom edge of the door panels that needed maybe a washer to hold the panel down? if you know what I mean. The interior is complete though and in pretty good shape. The car has remote start and an alarm. As you can see in the pic, the remotes are beat but they do work. I believe they control the locks as well. The alarm was, lets say, annoying me so I dislocated it at the horn or wherever the noise was emanating from, it would be easy to reconnect. The tires arent much to talk about. The car was my mother-in-laws car for most of its life (bought new) and then it went to my nephew and then my son. The car must be picked up here after payment has been made via paypal or cash. Feel free to ask questions... Thanks
