This vehicle is looking for another proud owner. We have determined that the mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate. It appears there has been no smoking inside this vehicle. Some damage present on this vehicle, but it is a great auto, see pictures. This auto has aged well, has minor bumps and bruises (door dings), giving it some personal quality that you will be proud to own. This vehicle seems to have a smooth shifting transmission. This vehicle runs like the engine was very well taken care of. The exterior of this vehicle is about average for its age and mileage. Clean interior that is in good shape. The tires are decent and do not need replaced right away. This car starts, rides and drives fine. The brakes, steering and suspension all feel good. The A/C is barely cool, not cold. The driver's window comes off the track, the glove box will not close and the trunk will not open. This is the perfect student car or work car-good on gas too! This Grand Am is being sold as-is with no warranty in traded in condition and has not been inspected. It must be picked up by the highest bidder in 7 days and cannot be shipped, no exceptions. Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: There is a documentary fee that is 10% of the purchase price with a maximum fee of $250.00, $15.00 for a title and $10.50 for a 30 day temp tag. Ohio residents must pay sales tax. We do not ship. Title will be mailed to you. This is wholesale to the public only, NO DEALERS! Residents of the following states will have to pay Ohio sales tax: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina and Washington. You may or may not get a tax credit in your home state. Check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles for more information.
Winning bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end. Paypal is for deposit only, not for entire amount of winning bid. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup of this vehicle within 7 days of auction end. You may pick up your vehicle on any day except Wednesdays and Sundays. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your car. A $50.00 per day storage fee will be added for every day after 7 days. All vehicles come with one key unless expressed otherwise in the description. Our Ohio dealer liscense allows us to do all paper work at our location only. The vehicle title will be mailed to you. You must be a United States citizen and have a social security number to purchase. We do not accept trade ins on eBay vehicles. This is wholesale to the public only, NO DEALERS!
