This is a 1966 Pontiac Le Mans that is in pretty decent shape. It has the 326 engine with automatic transmission. It has a black vinyl top, but it will need to be replaced soon as I believe there is some rust under it. There are scratches and some rust here and there. I think there may be some rust around the quarter panels under the paint from an old repair possibly (there are some little bubbles in the paint there). but you cant see the rust on the outside or from in the trunk, so it must be minor if it is even really rust. there is no rust in the door jams at all and actually the hinges are as solid as they were when new, there is no play in the door (you can actually lift the car with the doors they're so solid). Frame and floor pans all look clean and good, no rust. Haven't ran in a couple of months but seems to run fine. The transmission does not shift out of first, though it shifted fine when it was parked about 5-6 months ago, so it should be a simple fix. The body is pretty solid all around and this would be a great start for a GTO clone. The windows roll up fine and the doors shut smoothly. the front windshield does leak a little. this is an all original car as far as i know, with a clean and clear title. The mileage on the odometer is 50,400 but im sure its turned over. can help with shipping. any questions just ask, either email or call me at 828-692-5359 or 828-551-3822. as a side note, if the winning bidder would like i will throw in a high rise manifold with a 4-barrel holley carbuerator ready to put on it for an extra $300.
