Description
This vehicle was seized by our Police Department following an arrest and is being sold in as-is condition. It was being driven at the time of arrest. Vehicle was privately owned, so we are not able to certify its condition. This vehicle is not able to be driven by us for any distance or length of time that will enable us to comment on its reliability. Do not assume anything not listed is included. No guarantees are implied or given on current or future mechanical problems or vehicle condition.
This vehicle has been stored in our exterior impound lot for several months. It does require a jump to start, but does run once jumped. Vehicle interior is in fair condition and features include: AM/FM/cassette radio, AC, power windows, power locks, moonroof (not tested) and cloth upholstery. The blower fan only works when on high position. The power windows do work, but the control for them is hanging out its center holder. The back seat folds down as seen in the pics. The vehicle exterior is in fair condition. The driver's outside mirror is cracked and the gas cap is missing.

Terms and Conditions
Winning bidder must contact seller within 3 business days from close of auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup. A $200.00 deposit is required within 7 days of the close of auction. Business days are M-F between the hours of 9:00AM and 3:00PM. If no contact is made by the winning bidder within 3 business days, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or dispose of it at our discretion and negative feedback will be posted. Although not required, we strongly recommend the winning bidder tow the vehicle from our facility and have it inspected by a certified mechanic before it is driven. Before we will allow the vehicle to be driven away, the winning bidder is required to have proper registration and proof of insurance on the vehicle in accordance with Illinois law. If vehicle is being towed or removed on a trailer, insurance and registration requirement does not apply. Vehicle will be titled to the winning bidder. Final payment and pickup are due no later than 10 days from close of auction, but is flexible upon reasonable agreement. Contact us to make an appointmet to pick up the vehicle. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order only, no exceptions. No credit cards or personal checks will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping arrangements for this vehicle. If the vehicle is not picked up within the 10 days or the agreed upon time frame, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or dispose of it at our discretion. The buyer assumes all risks for the vehicle. We will describe the vehicle as accurately as possible. Do not assume anything not listed is included. Ammenities like CD players, moonroofs and other power items are not always checked to see if they work. We reserve the right to cancel bids for any reason, including, but not limited to: excessive negative feedback or extremely low positive feedback.
