Vehicle Description
1967 Pontiac Tempest Sedan with 389 and trips carbs. This is a gorgeous looking Tempest with some GTO badges and stripes, chrome Cragar wheels, and a very nice interior. I have owned for over a year, and have enjoyed driving this car to the local shows. Previous owner stated mileage to be original, signed an odometer statement, but to protect myself I am selling true mileage unknown. Car is exactly like I bought it over 1 year ago. Starts, runs, shifts and stops like it should - very reliable. Power steering and manual brakes, dual exhaust sound sweet. Super solid body, frame and floors. Very minor surface rust down very low on door bottom and rockers, not noticeable unless you bend down, and not something I would bother fixing. Still shines great. This car needs nothing, and can be enjoyed the way it is - wash it, cruise it and show it. Everything works except the original AM radio - I think it is not hooked up. Interior is super clean and original, only the rear speaker deck is faded and worn. If you want an inexpensive car that looks, sounds and drives super, here it is. It is not perfect, but very presentable and nice. Any specific questions call my cell 508-284-0174 or email for a quick response. Please consider my low price when bidding - this is not a true "clone", is not original drivetrain, but is not $20 - $40k like all the others out there. It would be hard to find a turn-key car this nice for this price anywhere else.
I am listing this car to sell, please only bid if you can complete the purchase. Clean MA title in hand. Please don't ask the reserve! Negative feedback don't bother - you will be removed. Zero feedback must contact me prior to bidding and agree to my terms. Being sold as is without warranty. I will accept a $500 deposit via paypal within 24 hours of auction end. Full payment via cash, wire transfer, or cashiers check must be received within 7 days of auction end. No additional costs! Purchase price is all you pay. Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer, but I will assist whenever possible.
Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
