He has owned the car since having used it only on weekends and vacations. We have the original Books and records showing all services performed correctly . The car was stored this last 2 years and has undergone a Full Service by the local Porsche Specialist in preparation for sale . Paint and body are very nice, as is the interior . The top is original no tears , the rear window is a little cloudy, and the headliner needs to be replaced. We haven't changed the top in order to keep the car original. A new top cost approx $2k. Thankyou for your emails. We have been asked to be more specific about the recent major service . The following work was performed on July 8th with Odometer reading of 41914. 1/ Drain and refill fuel tank , added Swepco 503 fuel improver. 2/ Major service, Oil change, 11 quarts of 20/50, Swepco oil treatment, change oil filter , air filter , fuel filter, 6 new spark plugs, change gear oil 90 weight synthetic. 3/ Test charging system , replace battery . 4/ A/C Service, evacuate and recharge system with R-134 refrigerant , 5/ Replace wiper blades , 6/ Installed 4 New Continental Xtrem , and performed 4 wheel alignment, 7/ Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks , flushed brake fluid system and filled with new brake fluid , 8/ Replaced Distributor cap and rotor , 9/ performed Smog check , ( passed ). Thanks for your emails , we have been asked about the convertible top. The top appears to be original, and is in good condition showing some fading to the colour. The rear window is "cloudy" and the Headliner needs to be replaced . We have left this "As Is" because some buyers may prefer to leave it as original. The cost of a new top installed is approx $1900, or the rear window and headliner could simply be replaced .
