Our inventory is hand picked throughout the country from various reputable relationships we established. Dealers that tell you there is only one way to find a pristine vehicle or that buying vehicles from dealers or from auctions are outright lying to you. There are many different ways to purchase amazing vehicles! We ought to know because we do it regularly and our track record speaks for itself. When buying there are also certain vehicles we will absolutely NOT buy including: Manufacturer Buybacks, Lemon Law Buybucks, Salvage Titled, Flooded, Corroded, and anything that would intentionally undermine the quality of our vehicles. When you buy a pre-owned luxury vehicle from us you will get an exceptional car at a fair price thanks to how we buy and inspect our vehicles.
Our Inspection Process
At HightechMotors, is a very thorough and a redundant procedure. We will not just buy a car from anyone, the same goes for trade-ins. We only buy our vehicles from solid relationships we have spent years building. Even then, our vehicles must pass several very stringent and full inspections before they are even listed for sale on our website. We put all our vehicles through at least two mechanical inspections, including frame, by different mechanics prior to selling them to our customers. Additionally, we encourage our customers to perform their own pre-buy inspection in the off chance we missed something.

What we mean by this really quite simple. Our vehicles will be 100% ready to drive, and drive for some time before anything unexpected should happen while being priced much lower than your average retail dealer. You must be wondering how can we do this? Again it is really quite simple. With the ever growing and cost effectiveness of technology we are able to minimize our overhead from your traditional dealer; thereby, passing the savings to you, our customer.
AUCTION TERMS CONDITIONS

CLOSING PROCESS
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1000.00 is due when reserving any vehicle. In certain instances we can be flexible regarding deposits, please ask. The final balance when purchasing a vehicle is due within three (3) business days, including Saturdays, unless a prior arrangement has been reached. We are very flexible so please give us a call with any questions. Failure to follow our terms of sale could subject a buyer to potentially missing an opportunity to own the vehicle they thought was reserved for them. We do not intentially sell vehicles out from under our clients; however, our market turn around is extremely fast and unless prior arrangements are made we sometimes cannot hold a vehicle for very long. We are here to assist our clients so please ask us about anything that might concern you. Unfortunately, a few bad individuals make us have to write such a detailed terms of sale.
We accept cashiers checks, certified funds, wire transfers, or verified drafts from approved 3rd-party financial institutions for all our vehicles. In addition, HightechMotors accepts PayPal for deposits. Paypal not only provides a secure method of payment but it gives our clients a variety of options. All funds must be in US dollars only. We suggest having full payment and/or approved financing in place before reserving a vehicle. Please call us with any questions regarding financing or if you need assistance finding financing.
All vehicle purchases are subject to the following additional fees: a $50.00 documentation fee, Texas Vehicle Inventory Taxes (0.2321% or 23.21 per $10k), and sales tax. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable Texas fees. Buyers outside the state of Texas are responsible for any taxes, registration, and other fees required by their state.
OUR PROMISE
We stand behind our vehicles. We will disclose all known information regarding the history and quality of our vehicles. We select our vehicles very carefully to ensure we provide our clients with the best pre-owned luxury vehicles, and we'll stand behind it. Despite our stringent method for selecting vehicles, HightechMotors still recommends that all individuals obtain a pre-buy inspection. We want all of our clients to be confident, comfortable, and satisfied with their vehicle selection. If a substantial discrepancy is found between our auction and the pre-buy inspection paperwork, then HightechMotors will attempt to correct the problem at no charge to our client, find a compromise, or refund all monies paid.
VEHICLE TRANSPORT
If you are planning to ship your vehicle please provide us with your shipping company's information. If you do not already have a shipping company, give us a call at 214-329-1585 and we'll help you locate a shipper. We have no direct affiliation with any of the companies we recommend, but provide their information as a convenience to our clients. At HightechMotors we want to assist you from the initial purchase to the final delivery on your vehicle. If you need further assistance coordinating the delivery of your vehicle, HightechMotors will be more than happy to help you make the proper arrangements.
If the vehicle arrives and you disapprove of something, please contact us with your concerns. Please direct all questions related to shipping to the shipping company since HightechMotors no longer accepts responsibility for the vehicle once it leaves our facility. Please know that any shipper recommended by HightechMotors is fully licensed and bonded to transport vehicles so there will never be a problem with damage incurred during transit. If damage does occur during shipment, please notify us so we can help confirm any potential damage.
If, upon delivery, you are not reasonably satisfied with your vehicle, then please give us a call. Depending on the situation and claim, a ten percent (10%) restocking fee may be applicable. Return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. The vehicle must be returned within seven (7) days of the customer's receipt of the vehicle with no more than 250 miles added to the vehicle's mileage.
DISCLAIMERS
HightechMotors will assist its clients with vehicle transportation, pre-buy inspection, financing, and any other transactional assistance in order to ensure our clients have a smooth online transaction. HightechMotors makes no claims to any of the companies it recommends and can in no way be held responsible for errors made by those companies; however, HightechMotors will make all reasonable attempts to assist our clients in resolving any matters that may arise between the customer and our recommended companies.
The majority of our pre-owned vehicles have a factory warranty. All pre-owned vehicles are sold 'as is' and without warranty unless otherwise mentioned. A master key will come with each vehicle unless it is expressly stated that HightechMotors has multiply keys. All vehicles with books, records, NAV discs, floor mats, and/or manuals will be provided to our clients and listed in our vehicle description. For any reason the vehicle description does not mention any of these items or if they do not appear in any of the photos then the vehicle does not include them once sales are final. If you have concerns regarding any specific items such as these please let us know prior to the close of the vehicle so we can make arrangements.
If you have any questions about your rights when purchasing a used car in Texas please call the Texas Department of Transportation at 800-687-7846. Anyone found interfering with HightechMotors' website, technologies, and/or auctions could be deemed as harassment and subject to legal prosecution.
HightechMotors reserves the right to sell our vehicles to anyone at anytime or for any reason. If HightechMotors has a deposit on a vehicle we will make several reasonable attempts to contact the purchaser prior to selling a car to someone else. If the lack of contact is the fault of HightechMotors then HightechMotors will refund the deposit.
Regarding HightechMotors' auctions, we reserve the right to cancel your bid if you have only negative feedback or bid retractions on your eBay account. If you wish to bid on our auction then please email us with a credible reason for your negative situation.
