I Love this Car... I know You will too.I am the 2nd owner of this beautiful metallic Indigo Blue car. I've had it since 60,000 miles and it has been a prize possession ever since. It has been regularly maintained by 3 different mechanics. Early on by Redline in Santa Monica - Top Porsche Mechanics. And recently, more locally by Mike's Foreign Auto in Thousand Oaks - European Specialists. Though I have only put a few thousand miles on the car over the last few years, so Mike's had not done much. I have also had the local Porsche dealership handle a couple of routine services for convenience. So what's good and what's not so good about the car?Condition - Mechanically Always been reliable and solid mechanically. Note the following: Recently installed a new Rack Pinion Has not had a recent tune up (time wise), but mileage wise was only a few thousand miles ago I just put brand new tires on the car: 4 BF Goodrich G-Force T/A KDW (less than 100 miles on them!) I just had the sunroof overhauled (careful if looking at other mid '90s coupes as the cost of doing this is pretty high and typically needed by now) The car is probably due for brakes soon No known problems - car drives great!Condition - Cosmetically: Again, truly a beautiful car in Very Good Condition. The color, tint wheel combo is a real head-turner. The following minor flaws should be pointed out: Most people tell me the car looks beautiful, but, of course, as owner, I see all. The roof has a bit of oxidation and the car has accumulated small pitting on the front of the hood and on the front of the rear wheel wells from little rocks and other road debris over the years. The front spoiler has a small crack that is not very obvious, but should be noted There is a small (approx. 1 inch) rip in the rear passenger side of the upholstery. The dash has experienced some classic Porsche cracking, which has been covered by a nice quality dash cover (as shown in the photos)Highlights:If you're worried about features, you probably don't really want a Porsche Carerra 993 (arguably the best Porsche Model ever), but there are a few to note: The 993 is arguably the best Porsche Model ever... I'm also a big fan of the 3rd brakelight bridge on this model year Unique metallic Indigo Blue Paint (a real head turner) Tinted Windows (recently re-tinted all around) Stylish BBS wheels. I probably would not have changed the classic Porsche wheels had the car come with them, but I will tell you the combination of the car's color, tint and wheels gets looks everywhere. New Alpine Stereo with ipod connector and interface. It also supports additional Alpine modules for HD, Satellite, etc.History:I purchased this car from my local dealership in 1998. They had originally sold it and then received it back on trade. I drove the car as a daily driver for about 4-5 years and since have driven it less and less...it's time for a new owner to love this car. I have the original tool kit, air pump and manuals for the car.Payment:Pick up the vehicle or send someone to pick it up with a Cashiers Check and I'll provide a signed title and bill of sale. Let me know if there's some other arrangements you would want me to consider. I've never sold a car over the internet, so I don't know any other way.
