Vehicle Description
Up for auction is a 1981 Strosek, fiberglass bodied Porsche 911. This car was originally purchased from Fast Lane Classic Cars in St. Charles, Mo in 2005. As you can see from the pictures, the car is in impeccable shape. It is currently being stored in a secure location. The car sees very few miles. Since I have taken possession of this vehicle it has not seen any rain or snow; and has been stored during the off season in a controlled environment. The car is in exceptional running condition, and has given me only a few minor problems since I purchased the car. The motor went through reconditioning before I purchased the vehicle, and runs very smoothly. The interior of the vehicle has been well taken care of, and faithfully restored to factory condition. The car has a few minor upgrades worth mentioning. It has been fitted with the Porsche short shift kit, as well as a JMH adjustable throttle and pedal set. The drivetrain of the car has been reconditioned to deliver fantastic response for a 27 year old vehicle. The brakes are solid, and the 915 transmission engages and disengages like new.
