Vehicle Description
I am trying this again, but with lower, more reasonable pricing.
This is my 1984 Porsche 928S European model W/ automatic 4 speed transmission. She has 127,700 miles on her. THIS IS NOT A 1980!!!! I had to list it that way due to the European VIN # not letting me list her, anything newer than an '81 requires a U.S. VIN!!! The car IS titled here in Vegas without any problem!!!
She is Moss Green Metallic, W/ Cream leather brown accents. I purchased this car from the original owner, who bought the car in Germany. I have had the car since Feb of ‘07. Being a German model, it has more horsepower than her American sister. I believe about 310 hp VS 242 for the American version. The European model also has twin Dist. Caps coils. The car is in nice shape, but not perfect. Exhaust blows zero smoke smogs easily. I have A LOT of receipts for numerous things that I have done parts that have been replaced, as well as from the previous owner. The car was a California car since it was brought over from Europe, and was being maintained by Devek Inc. in Northern CA. Timing belt water pump were done at 118,000 miles. Body is straight with 1 small ding in lower passenger door. Paint is in pretty nice shape and shines, but is not perfect. Leather has no rips at all. Headliner is good dash has 3 or 4 small cracks. She drives fine tracks nice and straight. I replaced the 2 dist. caps rotors, the twin dist drive belt. The spark plugs have been changed. The injectors have been refurbished by Which hunter. Car has no leaks and does not overheat at all! Even here in Vegas, temp stays fine electric fan kicks in when needed. Power windows, mirrors, seats, door locks, rear wiper work. All lights, inside outside, work fine. I have a Wooden Momo steering wheel in her and a new Blaupunkt AM/FM CD ipod ready radio W/ remote external rear speakers as well. I DO have the original steering wheel and radio. Brakes feel fine. Cup wheels Dunlop Direzza tires were $1650 and are brand new W/ maybe 1000 miles on them. I Also have the original flat dish wheels, in pretty fair condition, with BF Goodrich tires and about 7000 on THEM, and the rear spacers as well. Car presents itself very nicely! Original tool kit first aid kit are present. 2 Owners manuals, German English. I Also have the complete 928 service manual on CD Rom, and I printed 90% of the service manual have it neatly in binders. I have the original keys. Title is clear in hand.
What she needs- AC needs to be checked, but is complete. HVAC seems fine otherwise. Sunroof works electrically, but the cables come out of the sides of the roof alot, so I just open it manually, an adjustment is needed, but I am lazy. I believe she needs motor mounts, which I have, although she drives fine as is. Cruise control is vacume operated has a leak. Gas tank vent hose, from filler neck to midway point of tank, is bad- $3 worth of hose and a some labor. Other than that, she is very sound and seems to run fine with no other issues. I have too many vehicles I just bought a little gas miser as well need the room. 5 vehicles a 3 car garage ain’t gonna make it!
