This is the first Porsche that i have ever owned and i never dreamed that i would be selling it. I never thought twice about which Porsche did i really want to own one day and since high school i have always wanted a 928 S-4. Today with the tears in my eyes i have giving in but not up on the economy. It will rebond sometime and one day i will own another 928 S-4 I am in the worst business a man could be in right now which is the residential flooring market and no one is buying any carpet or hardwood flooring these days. Well enough with the sob story. I have for sale this 928 S-4 that has turned many heads and still does to this day even though it needs a little maintance done to it that i cannot afford to do at this time. I was told to be safe do not drive it anymore until i put a new timing belt, water pump, and replace some of the seals, so i parked it. It also needs an electric fan motor because one of them quit working. I put a new air compressor on the A/C but their is a leak some were. It has some minor dents and scratches but nothing that can not be buff out. Their are some sun spots on the very top of the car and hood were the paint has faded a little. Their is also a small crack on the dash. One of the headlights is not the original headlight because i could not afford a new one at the time. I did go ahead and have new spark plugs, plug wires, and distributor caps with new rotor buttons put on it which cost me around $800.00 the transmission was rebuilt about six months ago. I had a new master brake cylinder put on it with pads. Tires are in good shape just had two new back tires replaced on it. I have had the car myself for about four years here in Georgia but i bought it from someone in California and dove it home. Just also put new crank sensors pn it and that made a big difference in the power and torque. If you have any questions please call me at my office at 706-260-2508 or at home at 706-695-9545 I looked on EBAY to see what 1988 S-4 were selling for and i am seeing 87 models for around $14,000.00 but i am also seeing my year model 1988 S-4 going for around $16,900.00 so i am pricing this one due to the fact that you will have to have the timing belt and water pump job done to it for $9,500.00 even though you can have it done probably for around $2,000 to $3,000 dollars. I also have considered the A/C leak even though it has a new compressor already on it. I have enjoyed this car very much but i guess it needs someone else that can take it from here. It still runs real strong and you are welcome to take for a spin. All i ask is to take care of it and if you ever decide to sell it just give the first shot at buying it because my dream is to have this baby back one day. Thanks for you time Robert Kenemer
