You are bidding on my 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo. This car is a multiple car show winner. The car won a top 35 award at the 2008 Porsches to Oxford event, where a total of 390 Porsches attended. Also, in 2007 it won the Grand Champion award at 944 Fest. The car has 61,231 original miles on it. When I bought the car about 2 years ago it was completely stock. I have a large book of reciepts (see picture) dating all the way back to day one. The car comes with the original window sticker as well.
FAQ:
Does the dash have any cracks? No it is MINT.
When was the timing belt last changed? December 2006; However I have a complete set of belts, rollers, front engine seals, and a water pump ready to be installed. I will have all this installed for the buyer for an additional $755.00.
Does the car have LSD? No it does not.
Will you take any trades? Sorry at this time I can not.

The two dyno pulls were done with 102 octane race gas. I run 15-18PSI on 93 octane.
This motor has not been opened up at all. All the mods are just bolt on.

Here is some history regarding the 944 Porsche Turbo...
The Porsche 944, manufactured by Porsche AG, was first seen at the Frankfurt Auto show in 1981. The can was officially introduced in 1983 and replaced its predecessor, the Porsche 92. The 944 is an entry level sports car replaced by the Porsche 968 in 1991; although the interior of the successor was similar to the Porsche 944, the wheel arches were widened in the Porsche 968. The 944 underwent quite a few changes, especially with the engine. Various models were introduced in the 944 series including the 944S, the 944 Turbo, and the 944S2.
The 944-Turbo is powered by an I4 2479 cc engine that generates 217 BHP. The engine is located at the front and the 944 Turbo is a rear-wheel drive. The four-cylinder engine installed in the Porsche 944 Turbo has 16 valves, that is, four valves per cylinder. The dual overhead camshaft allows the smooth flow of fuel to the engine. The bore x stroke ratio is 3.94 inches x 3.11 inches; the compression ratio is 8.0:1. The 5-speed manual transmission allows steady control over the car, while accelerating to the top speed. This two-door sports car has a total weight of 2760 lbs with dimensions measuring 168.901 inches in length, 66.301 inches in width, and 50.201 inches in height.
The broad wheelbase of 94.501 inches gives sturdy rides on rough terrains. The maker of this car, Porsche AG, was established in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche. The company manufactures automobiles; however, it is more known for its sports cars. Today, the company is located at Zuffenhausen, in Stuttgart, Germany.

I live 5 minutes from Evansville Regional Airport in Evansville Indiana. I will pick you up from the airport or I will help with the shipping anyway I can. The buyer will pay for the shipping.
The car only has one small dent not even the size of a dime. It is located on the top of the pass fender. I think a mechanic may have hit it with something. The dent did not remove any paint at all.
The car does have one small oil leak that drips about 1 drop every week. This will be fixed when the front seals are done.
The car has a couple of very small rock chips on the front that have been touched up. Also some small rock chips on the lower section below the drivers door. I am very, very picky when it comes to this car. If you would like high resolution pictures of anything just ask.
I have been a Rennlist member for over 5 years and you can ask anyone on Rennlist who has seen the car and they will confirm the car is in amazing shape.
The car color is Alpine white with a Black interior. I would rate this car a 9 to 9.5 exterior and a 9.5 to 10 interior. Again I am very, very picky.
Waxed and detailed frequently.. Ok all the time.
I have also changed every fluid on this car within the past 1000 miles. Trans, coolant, brake, oil - and I use Valvoline VR1 20w 50 every 3 months.
I have only put 4000 miles on it since I have owned it over the past 2 years. This car has been stored in a garage its entire life.
This is a 22 year old car. With that being said I hope you realize you are not buying a new car off of the showroom floor. But I will tell you that this is arguably one of the nicest 944 turbos you will find in the US.
